Polar Vortex

That Polar Vortex brought chilly windy weather down here.  Nothing like back home in Minnesota where the governor closed public schools on Monday so I heard.  -54 windchill in Grand Marais and -40 windchill in Duluth.  Here we had a +40 windchill but it was only about 55 actual temp with winds to 30 knots.  We never bothered leaving the boat on Tuesday and Wednesday was still a long pants day though the winds were more like 15 - 20 knots and it was still drizzling off and on.  It's funny how the locals react to such chilly weather including the captain.

Anyway it's supposed to be 80 again tomorrow and the latest weather window is this coming Sunday.. Fingers crossed!
